From Brothers to Business Partners: The Road to Today
M&H End Dump Services Ltd. provides end dump and hauling services for the oil and gas, agriculture, and forestry industries. It started in Newfoundland in 2004 by brothers, Clinton and Marcel. They are the fourth generation industry business owners and carry the family legacy in their blood. In the beginning Clinton was a silent partner while Marcel ran the business with the help of their mom, who managed the books, and their dad, who was an operator and mechanic.
In 2006, Marcel, along with their mom and dad, moved with their two trucks and one service pickup to Alberta, where Clinton was already settled in the Grande Prairie Region. They wanted to grow their business and take advantage of the growing opportunities in western Canada.
Unfortunately, Marcel was later diagnosed with cancer. After two long years of treatment and stem cell and bone marrow donations from Clinton, Marcel became cancer-free and has been healthy for 14 years. This experience made both brothers realize the importance of giving back to their community and have since made a commitment to support local organizations and programs. They consistently support Youth Sports programming, Peace Area Riding for the Disabled Society, Ronald McDonald House, personal Go-Fund Mes and more.
M&H began as a family enterprise and has grown to 40+ Employees. Clinton and Marcel still maintain the family roots where they came from and ensure their team is treated like family.
As a team, M&H takes pride in supporting the oil and gas, agriculture, and forestry industries in the Peace and Grande Prairie Regions of Alberta, and Northeastern BC.
